Jul． 1951 Mitsuboshi Chemical Kenkyujyo Co.,Ltd. was established by Takeshiro Izumiya
(chairman at present) to manufacture intermediate of dyestuff and pigments.
Feb． 1953 Mitsuboshi Chemical Co.,Ltd. was established to take over all the businesses
of the afore-mentioned Mitsuboshi Chemical Kenkyujyo Co.,Ltd.
